I had a good weekend. On friday alecia and i went to see Robert Earl Keen. It was a great concert. I might have been the only person not from texas in the venue. Luckily, Alecia lived there at some point so I could blend in. We got invited to a barn dance in June. Apparently, barn dances on the olympic penninsula are lacking the female element. Alecia had to explain she was getting married then. On Saturday I made the mistake of going to home depot. Now all I can think of is labradorite counter tops. Really. the term just keeps popping into my head. That night I had a potluck for my lab group. We watched "The Russians are coming, the Russians are coming". It was funny but vastly improved by Beth and my' s less than PC commentary. I am not sure if jody and bre appreciated it as much as we did. On sunday Philipp and I went snow shoeing/bush wacking/hiking it was so beautiful out. Yesterday, Nic and I just bummed around and did homework and watched movies.
