I got jury duty. I am a bit upset because everyone told me that the lawyers choose stupid people whose opinions they think they can sway. Plus, I have to decide what I am doing my PhD on more or less in the next week. On top of that I am sick. Mrf.

Bah! That sucks, Beth! I've heard that you can get out of it by saying that you believe that you are psychic. They don't want jurors who believe that they can form an opinion from communicating with the dead. Maybe try throwing that one one them, if it's not too late! Hope you get to feeling better soon!
