It's a good day. It was all foggy this morning. I love the fog. Now it has cleared and the sun is out more than it has been in the last week. the friends tha tI was going traveling with this weekend bailed on me so that they could do homework. Now I am trying to figure out what to do. I think anything will be wonderful. I really don't want to go to biology lab this afternoon. The lab involves grinding up Drosophila larvae and I really don't think I can do it. It disturbs me. I don't mind touching any live animal but I cannot handle killing things. It doesn't seem just. I have togo buy a lab coat befor lab too. Who wears lab coats any way? I really like Bio for the most part. Right now we are learning about Darwin. I seem to get that every semester. Other classes are good. I really like my Maori studies class. It is really interesting especially the tutorial. We just sit around and discuss. It is interesting to hear different people's view points and the issues relate back to the issues that Native Americans are dealing with. Only here there seems to be more public concern over the issues. Word of the day: Pakeha- Maori word for white person.
