I keep getting e-mails and thinking about how much everyone is changing while I am gone. It is a weird feeling as though I belong to two separate universes and when I gog back to Tempe nothing will be the same as when I left it. Even know school has just started overthere and everyone is telling me about how differrent things are. It just feels as though my life is changing but I am not there to witness it.
That was a random thought. Blaim it on the Kava. Some of my friends got home from Fiji last night and brought some Kava. It is a drink that you make out of pepper root. It looks like silty wash water and tastes like strong mate if you have ever had mate (S. American Tea). If not it, tastes a lot like fermented tree bark. It was suposed to make me tired and relaxed but all it did was make my tongue go numb and tingly. They made me drink a lot of it and I really don't know what it is or what the dangers of it are. I guess fijians drink it everyday and they seem to still be maintaining a healthy population. I really don't recomend it but you do get to say "Bula" and clap while you drink it. So the experience was not a loss. I have to go type a paper now. I only have a page left but it is the page I didn't take notes on. Whoops.
