Well, i am off again tomorrow noonish so I don't think that I will write agan until probably next thursday or later. Sorry. It turns out that I am being held accountable for my late night pub promise to go traveling this weekend with my Field Geo TAs. It should be fun but it is awkward at the same time because I haven't known them that long. it is always weird traveling with people for the first time. We had to keep flipping coins to decide what time to leave ( it took three coin flips to get to Saturday noon). I am excited though because it should be beautiful. We are going to the south end of the island to the fjordland. (i think that is how it is spelled). Besides that I got to ride around in a car today with no brakes (they worked a little but decided to go out on the 9th floor of a parking garage or carpark as they call them here. it was a bit scary but I am alive and nothing bad happened. I talked to my parents yesterday and my grandma ios recovering well from the surgery. Also my sister Robin had to be rescued out of the Alaskan wilderness because the peopel she was hiking with did a bad job planning the trip and underestimated the distance. She is okay though and will be back in Tucson soon as will Amy. Then they are going to australia. It is weird. I will still not see them for a few months but it is reassuring to know that they will be only one country away. Love to everyone.
